Verification of my identity.
Submission to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in Canada or Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the USA.
2. International Data Transfer (Canada and USA) I am aware that my biometric data will be transferred from the European Union to Borderless Business LLC, DBA: Tu Apostilla and the RCMP in Canada, and the FBI in the USA. I understand that Canada and the USA may not have an "adequacy decision" from the European Commission and that there are potential risks regarding data access by Canadian and USA authorities. To mitigate this, my data will be encrypted using AES-256 standards during transit.
3. Data Retention & Deletion I understand that the local fingerprinting partner acts as a "temporary conduit." My fingerprints will be deleted from the local capture device and computer immediately after the successful transmission to Borderless Business LLC, DBA: Tu Apostilla.
