We provide administrative document authentication, background check retrieval, FBI/RCMP procurement logistics, state/federal Hague apostille processing, and official sworn translation coordination.

By submitting an order or purchasing a package on DigitalNomadInSpain.org or through our sister infrastructure at Tu Apostilla, you authorize Borderless Business LLC to act as your designated agent in processing documents with relevant state, federal, and international government authorities.

3. Delivery Policy

• Processing Time: Standard document processing generally takes between 2 to 20 business days, depending on the specific issuing government office, State Secretary of State, or federal Office of Authentications timelines.
• Shipping & Digital Copies: Once fully apostilled and translated, original hard-copy documents are dispatched via secure courier (DHL or UPS) directly to the delivery address provided during client onboarding. Digital copies (PDF) are delivered to your email immediately upon completion.
• Government Delays & Postal Disruptions: While we guarantee timely submission and courier hand-drops, Borderless Business LLC is not liable for processing backlogs within government offices, embassy delays, or third-party courier/postal service disruptions.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full 100% refund, provided physical submission has not already commenced.
• Refund Limitations: Because our concierge packages involve non-refundable government filing fees, state search fees, and third-party courier expenses, once a document has been submitted to a state or federal office, we cannot offer a full refund for that portion of the work.
• Service Guarantee: If a document processed by our team is rejected by a consulate or portal due to a procedural error on our part, we will re-process the document at zero additional cost to you or issue a full refund of our professional service fee.
